摘要
在硫酸介质中,痕量钯(Ⅱ)能催化次磷酸钠还原甲基紫使其褪色,笔者研究了此反应的最优化条件和动力学参数,从而建立了一种灵敏度高、选择性好的痕量钯的催化动力学光度分析的新方法。该法检测限为4.85×10^(-11)g·mL^(-1),线性范围为0~0.9ug/25mL,用于测定样品,获得满意的结果。
A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace palladium(Ⅱ) has been developed.The method is based on the catalytic effecf of trace palladium (Ⅱ) on the reductive discolouration of methyl violet by sodium hypophosphite in H2SO4 medium.The best kinetic condition of catalytic discoloring reaction have been studied.The determining limit for Pd(Ⅱ) is 4.85×10-11 g·mL-1 The linear range of determination is 0 ~ 0.9μg/25 mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace palladium (Ⅱ) in simulated alloy sample with satisfactory results.
