摘要
The pure product of p-aminophenol(PAP)-H2O2-horse peroxidase(HRP) of H2O2 oxidizing PAP catalyzed by HRP was prepared with chemical method. The enzyme-catalyzed reaction was investigated by electroanalytical chemistry, UV-Vis, IR,13C NMR, 1H NMR, mass spectrum and elemental analysis etc.. Under the selected enzyme-catalyzed reaction conditions, the oxidation product of PAP with H2O2 catalyzed by HRP is 3, 4-di- [ (4-hydroxyphenyl ) amino]-6-[ (4-hydroxyphenyl ) imino]-2, 4-cyclo- hexadiene-1-one.
