摘要
研究了晶体生长过程中的不同参数(温度梯度GL,晶体生长速度V)对Fe72.5Ga27.5合金晶体取向规律的影响。Fe72.5Ga27.5合金经过炉冷、空冷及淬火等热处理后,研究了热处理对<110>取向多晶合金磁致伸缩性能的影响,并通过微观组织分析进行必要的解释。结果表明:样品的性能与温度梯度和生长速度有着密切的关系。取向多晶样品热处理前后组织形貌没有明显变化,淬火后<110>轴向取向多晶FeGa样品的性能明显提高。
The influence of different parameters (temperature gradient GL and crystal growth velocity V) on the Fe72.5Ga27.5 crystal orientation in the process of crystal growth were studied in this paper. The effect of different heat treatments on the magnetostrictive properties of polycrystalline Fe72.5Ga27.5 alloys were studied, which including furnace cooling, air cooling and quenched. Necessary explanations were made by microstructure analysis. The re- sults show that: The magnetostrictive property of the sample is closely related to the temperature gradient and growth rate. There are no obvious microstructure changes in the orientation of polycrystalline samples after the heat treatment. The magnetostrictive property of the 〈 110〉 oriented polycrystalline sample after quenching has im- proved significantly.
