摘要
以波尔学派、卡文迪许实验室等为案例,分析了科学研究对于教学团队建设作用:汇聚前沿、提升教学;凝聚方向、形成学派;网聚力量、辈出人才。
Based on cases of Bohr School, Cavendish laboratories and so on, the paper analyzed the role of scientific research for teaching - team building: focusing on academic frontier to promote teaching level; concentrating research direction and forming influenced school; attracting outstanding faculty and nurturing talents.
