确立国防生正确和持久的目标,是国防生培养实践中的一个重要问题。运用德鲁克的目标激励理论,对当前高校国防生培养中存在的问题进行了初步探讨,在国防生培养目标的制定以及激励方法的运用等方面提出了一些可供参考的措施和方法。

Establishing the correct and lasting goal to the national defense students is one of the important problems in their training. This paper, utilizing Drucker~ target motivation theory, preliminarily discusses the problems existing in the national defense students training, and puts forward some measures and methods for reference in establishing the goal of training and applying incentive method of the national defense students~
