越野滑雪(短距离)项目战术体系的构建

Tactical System Construction of Cross-country Skiing Sprint

运用观察法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法,构建出越野滑雪(短距离)战术体系,旨在探讨战术体系的结构,为战术训练提供依据。研究结果:越野滑雪(短距离)战术体系由4个一级指标、8个二级指标、28个三级指标构成。个人战术主要包括出发抢位、变速滑行、领先滑行、尾随滑行、超越滑行、冲刺滑行等。集体战术方法主要有掩护配合战术、进攻配合战术等。

By the methods of observation, expert interview and questionnaire investigation, the tactical system of crosscountry skiing sprint is constructed in this paper. It aims at providing a scientific basis for tactical training by probing into the structure of tactical system. The results show that the tactical system of cross-country sprint consists of four first class indexes, eight second class indexes and twenty-eight third class indexes. Individual tactics includes starting grab, leading sliding, trailing sliding, and variable speed sliding and transcend sliding. Collective tactics include attacking coordination and covering coordination.
