商店带住宅建筑物合理的结构型式探讨

就商店带住宅建筑采用较为合理的框支结构的优越性进行了分析研究和探讨 .多年的工程设计实践表明 ,这种结构型式不仅较好地解决了建筑功能要求与结构受力性能之间的矛盾 ,而且可节约钢材和水泥 ,缩短工期 ,具有明显的经济效益 ;还提出了框支结构的适用条件和应用范围 。

Superiority of adopting more rational partial frame construction in shopping building with tenement has been explored and studied. The authors' experiences of engineering design show the partial frame construction can not only sovle the contradiction between architecture function and structural mechanical characteristics, but also save on steel and cement, and shorten the construction period. Furthermore, it is endowed with obvious economic benefit. Practicable conditions and applied scope for the partial frame construction are also expounded to refer for relative engineering designer.
