女性性工作者艾滋病相关知识及行为干预效果评价

Evaluation on intervention effect of HIV/AIDS relevant knowledge and behaviors among female commercial sex workers

目的评估娱乐场所推广100%安全套促进项目的实施效果。方法采用普查法对保山市昌宁县县城登记在册的娱乐场所及女性商业性工作者(Female Sex Workers,FSW)进行调查,用同一份国家标准行为监测问卷开展基线、中期、终期效果评估,比较,3期目标人群通过9种途径获得艾滋病相关知识的变化情况、艾滋病相关知识知晓率、安全套的可及性及需求程度、安全套使用率、自报告性病感染(STI)症状率的变化情况。结果通过7种途径获得艾滋病相关知识的FSW人群比例呈增长趋势(P<0.05);艾滋病相关知识知晓率由基线的56.3%升至中期的93.8%及终期的97.6%(P<0.05);安全套可及性及需求程度明显提高(P<0.05);最近1次发生商业性行为安全套使用率由基线的72.9%升至中期的98.1%及终期的99.0%(P<0.001);最近1月发生商业性行为使用安全套率由基线的32.6%升至中期的82.1%及终期的90.8%(P<0.001);自报告有性病症状率由基线的23.5%降至中期的17.9%及终期的9.4%(P<0.01)。结论干预后通过7种途径获得艾滋病相关知识的FCSWs人群比例显著增加,艾滋病相关知识知晓率、安全套使用率明显提高,自报告性病症状率明显下降,干预工作效果明显。

Objective To assess the implement effect of spreading 100% using condoms in entertainment places.Method Adopting census method to investigate the recorded entertainment places and FCSWs at all levels,using same national standard behaviors monitoring questionnaire for developing effect assess at baseline,metaphase and tellocinesia,comparing the rates of obtaining knowledge through 7 approaches,HIV/AIDS related knowledge awareness rates,accessibility and demand of condom,condom using rates and self-reported sexual transmitted infection（STI） rates of the 3 periods.Results The percentage of FCSWs crowd was increased who obtained HIV/AIDS knowledge by 7 approaches（P〈0.05）,HIV/AIDS awareness rate was increased from 56.5% of baseline to 93.8% of mid-term and 97.6% of terminal（P〈0.05）,the accessibility and demand of condom use were significant higher（P〈0.05）.The condom using rate of latest time commercial sex was increased from 72.9% of baseline to 98.1% of mid-term and 99.0% of terminal（P〈0.05）,The condom using rate of latest month commercial sex was increased from 32.6% of baseline to 82.1% of mid-term and 90.8% of terminal（P〈0.05）.Self-reported sexual transmitted infection rate was decreased from 23.5% of baseline to 17.5% of mid-term and 9.4% of terminal（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Overall,The percentage of FCSWs crowd was increased significantly who obtained HIV/AIDS knowledge by 7 approaches,HIV/AIDS related knowledge awareness rate,latest time condom using rate and the latest month condom using rate were improved obviously,STI was decreased and the intervention effect was obvious.
