警察作为风险社会的信息管理中心,在处理和减少社会风险中扮演核心角色。面对当前犯罪的风险,警察必须以信息主导侦查为理念,以信息化为核心,理顺传统与现代侦查手段的关系,将两者有机结合、灵活运用,采取"多侦多网联动、现场提取痕迹物证、视频锁定轨迹、技侦碰撞数据、侦查落地查证、物证认定罪犯"的多维立体侦查模式,实现对犯罪活动的精确打击。
