Application of workflow in process of Urban Transit emergency incident management

本文分析了轨道交通突发事件应急处置过程中的指挥业务流程,提出了工作流在应急处置过程中的应用。对指挥流程进行业务建模、组织建模、数据建模,将工作流技术应用于应急处置的流程中,满足业务的动态变化和更新,使应急指挥能够按照预先定义的模型顺序执行,提高了应急处置的效率和质量。

This paper analyzed the command flow in the process of Urban Transit emergency incident management, introduced the application of workflow in the emergency response process. The business modeling, organization modeling, and data modeling were made to command process. The workflow technology was used in the process of emergency response in accordance with this framework, to meet the dynamic changes and updates of the process business, so that the implementation of the emergency command could be performed in accordance with pre-defined model order to improve the efficiency of Urban Transit emergency incident management.
