摘要
针对目前混凝土桥梁预应力波纹管注浆质量检测方法中的不足,提出采用低频声波沿波纹管纵向穿透法对波纹管注浆质量进行检测。通过室内测试试验,研究了波纹管注浆浆体的龄期(强度)、梁体混凝土龄期(强度)等因素对检测波速的综合影响。并基于声波在介质中的传播机理,构造波纹管注浆密实度与波的传播参数间的关系模型,经试验梁检测,表明模型与检测结果有较好的符合性。
In view of the current lack of quality test of prestressed corrugated pipe grouting for concrete bridge, this paper proposed low-frequency sound wave vertical penetration method. By laboratory tests, this paper examined grouting slurry age( strength) of corrugated pipe, concrete age/strength} of bridge beam and other factors on the effect of propagation velocity of the test wave. And based on propagation mechanism of sound wave in the medium, grouting compactness of the corrugated pipe and the relationship between the wave propagation parameters model was constructed. It indicated that the model was in good agreement with the test results better by the experimental beam testing.
