摘要
在某机活门头检验时,发现部分零件表面存在淬火裂纹。通过分析零件的生产工艺流程,对热处理工艺试验件进行荧光检验验证等,提出了适用的荧光检验工艺,验证了零件表面裂纹产生的原因,避免了后续生产中不合格零件的装机。
While inspecting the engine trap door head, the inspector discovered that there were quench cracks on some parts surface. In this paper, by analyzing the parts production process flow and by fluorescent inspection validation to tested parts with heat treatment, some applicable fluorescent process was proposed and the causes of cracks on parts surface were expounded to avoid unqualified parts installment in the following production.
