颅脑外伤患者凝血功能与GCS、GOS评分的关系

Relationship of Coagulation Function and GCS,GOS Score in Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma

目的:研究并分析224例颅脑外伤患者创伤后首次凝血功能结果与对应病情及预后的关系。方法:收集2005年7月～2010年7月我院神经外科收治的224例单纯性颅脑外伤患者基本资料,在患者入院时测定凝血功能,根据患者入院时格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS评分)、继发血肿的发生与否、外伤性脑梗塞发生与否以及格拉斯哥结果评分(GOS评分)进行统计学分析。结果:TT(凝血酶时间)在GCS评分和GOS评分不同的三组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:研究提示对于颅脑外伤患者,早期的凝血功能与其病情、预后及并发症等方面具有一定相关性。

Objective：Research and analysis the Relationship of Coagulation Function and GCS,GOS score in 224 cases of patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods：To collect our nerve surgery patients with craniocerebral trauma from July 2005 to July 2010,overweight basic information,in the admission with determination the Coagulation Function、Glasgow coma scale（GCS score）,secondary happening of the hematoma or not,traumatic brain infarcts or not and Glasgow results score（GOS score） for statistical analysis.Results：TT（of thrombin time） in different GCS、GOS scores between three groups are statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：This study suggests the early blood clotting of patients with craniocerebral trauma,and its condition,prognosis and complications have certain correlation.
