不同性别在颅内手术中使用七氟醚麻醉效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨性别对颅内手术中使用七氟醚麻醉效果的影响。方法:对我院收治的颅内手术的患者随机选取129例作为研究对象,根据患者的性别将其分为男性组以及女性组。对两组患者均采用七氟醚进行麻醉,同时对患者的相关生化等指标进行评价。结果:女性组患者其对七氟醚的敏感性高于男性组(P<0.05);男性组患者其持续时间高于女性组(P<0.05);两组患者的入出液量以及麻醉时间、年龄、体重指数、K+以及Na+等比较无明显差异性(P>0.05);对两种患者的苏醒时间、拔管时间、血浆总蛋白含量以及血浆白蛋白含量比较有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论:性别因素对七氟醚的麻醉效果均有明显的差异性,男性对七氟醚的麻醉效果起效时间长于女性。 Objective:To explore the gender effect of sevoflurane anesthesia in intracranial surgery.Methods : Intracranial surgery in our hospital were randomly selected 129 cases of the study,according to the gender of the patients were divided into male group and female group.Sevoflurane anesthesia,patients in both groups at the same time to evaluate patients with biochemical indicators.Results:The sensitivity of the female patients sevoflurane higher than the male group(P〈0.05);male patients its duration is higher than the female group(PP〈0.05);two groups of patients into and out of fluid volume and duration of anesthesia,age,body mass index,K+and Na+was no significant difference(P〈0.05);two patients with emergence time,extubation time,and plasma total protein content and plasma albumin content significantly difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:gender considerations have obvious differences,the men from the onset time of anesthetic effect of sevoflurane longer than women,but men lasted significantly longer than women on the anesthetic effect of sevoflurane
