普萘洛尔与比索洛尔影响Graves病患者糖脂代谢的对比分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨普萘洛尔与比索洛尔对Graves病患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法:选取我科收治的Graves病患者74例作为研究对象,将上述患者随机分成2组,普萘洛尔组35例,治疗方案为普萘洛尔10~20mg,3次/d,连续使用4个月;比索洛尔组39例,治疗方案为比索洛尔5~10mg,1次/d,连续使用4个月。结果:普萘洛尔组、比索洛尔组患者治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2h-PG)显著降低,甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)显著升高,治疗前后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);普萘洛尔组、比索洛尔组患者治疗前后高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的FPG、2h-PG降低幅度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);普萘洛尔组的TG、TC、LDL-C升高幅度显著大于比索洛尔组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与比索洛尔相比,普萘洛尔对Graves病患者糖代谢的影响相近,但是普萘洛尔对Graves病患者血脂代谢的影响更大。 Objective:To investigate the influence of propranolol and bisoprolol on glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism of patients with Graves'disease.Methods:74 patients with Graves'disease who were admitted into our department were divided into 2 groups randomly.The propranolol group included 35 patients and the treatment methods were propranolol 10~20mg,with three times per day for 4 months;and the bisoprolol group included 39 patients and the treatment methods were bisoprolol 5~10mg,with one time per day for 4 months.Results:There were significant differences in fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2h-PG),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)of the propranolol group between before-treatment and after-treatment(P〈0.05),so were the bisoprolol group(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in high density lipoproteincholesterol(HDL-C) of the propranolol group between before-treatment and after-treatment(P〈0.05),so was the bisoprolol group(P〉 0.05).There were no significant differences in the decline extent of FPG and 2h-PG between the propranolol group and the bisoprolol group(P〉0.05),and there were significant differences in the increase extent of TG,TC,and LDL-C between the propranolol group and the bisoprolol group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Compared with bisoprolol,propranolol has similar influence on glucose metabolism of patients with Graves'disease,but the latter has greater influence on lipid metabolism.
