地诺前列酮阴道栓剂作用于妊娠晚期胎膜早破引产的临床观察与安全性分析

Dinoprostone Vaginal Suppository Role of Clinical Observation of Induction of Labor in Late Pregnancy, Premature Rupture of Membranes and Safety Analysis

目的:探讨地诺前列酮阴道栓剂作用于妊娠晚期胎膜早破引产的临床观察与安全性。方法:将我院收治的100例妊娠晚期宫颈不成熟胎膜早破的患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组采用地诺前列酮阴道栓剂引产,对照组采用缩宫素引产,比较两组患者用药后的宫颈成熟度、剖宫产率、分娩方式和母婴结局。结果:观察组的宫颈成熟评分显著高于对照组,临产时间显著短于对照组,剖宫产率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组存在一定的不良反应,但较为轻微,无需特殊处理。两组患者均产健康新生儿,产后出血量无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论:地诺前列酮阴道栓剂作用于妊娠晚期胎膜早破引产效果较好,不良反应轻。

Objective：To explore in the role of the late Dinoprostone vaginal suppository pregnancy premature rupture of membranes clinical observation of the induced labor and safety.Methods：100 were late pregnancy premature rupture of membranes broken patients into trial group and control group,each group of 50 cases,the observation group the Dinoprostone vaginal suppository induced,and the control group by oxytocine,compared with two groups of patients after maturity of the cervix,cesarean section rate was,delivery mode and outcomes.Results：the observation group of cervical mature score significantly higher than those in the control group,time was significantly less than the control group of birth,cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that in control group,P〈0.05.The observation group has certain adverse reaction,but relatively minor,and no special treatment.Two groups of patients in both healthy newborn babies,postpartum blood loss was no significant differences,P〉0.05.Conclusion：in the role of the late Dinoprostone vaginal suppository pregnancy premature rupture of membranes induced the effect is good,bad reaction light.
