优质护理服务在急诊胃出血患者中的应用效果

Applied Effects of High Quality Nursing Service in Emergency Gastrorrhagia Patients

目的:探讨急诊胃出血患者采取优质护理服务的应用效果。方法:选择我院急诊科2009年5月～2011年5月收治的胃出血患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组40例采取常规护理,观察组40例在此基础上行优质护理服务,就两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组40例中,成功止血39例,术后发生再出血1例后经处理康复,有效率为97.5%。对照组40例中,成功止血34例,术后再出血6例,有效率为85%。结论:对急诊胃出血患者行优质护理服务可提高止血有效率,明显改善患者生存质量。

Objective：To evaluate the applied effects of the high quality nursing service in emergency gastrorrhagia patients. Methods：Selected 80 cases of emergency ga.strorrhagia patients in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2009 to May 2011, randomly divided them into two group. In the control group of 40 eases, they were given conventional nursing, while in the observation group of the other 40 cases, they were given high quality nursing service on the basis of the conventional nursing. The clinical materials of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results：In the observation group of 40 cases, 39 cases were successfully to stop bleeding, I case still bleeder after the operation while rehabilitation after re-treated, the total effective rate was 97.5%. In the control groups of 40 cases, 34 cases were successfully stop bleeding, 6 cases still bleeded after the operation, the total effective rate was 85%.Conclusion：It can hnprovc the blood stopping effective rate to take high quality nursing service for the emergency gastrorrhagia patients, can obviously improve the patients＇ tile quality.
