Roller Compacted Concrete Construction of Baishi Dam

白石水库大坝为 RCD碾压混凝土重力坝 ,根据设计要求和原材料的质量情况 ,应用填充包裹理论、正交试验等不同方法 ,优选配合比参数 ,经坝体运行和过流证实 ,这种高掺粉煤灰的碾压混凝土质量良好 .为确保工程质量 ,坝体施工中采用了一系列新技术和新工艺 ,对夏季施工采取相应措施 。

The Baishi Dam is a RCD gravity dam. According to the design requirements, the parameters of mix proportion were optimized by means of filling wrapping theory and cross test. It has been confirmed that the roller compacted concrete with high content flyash is good in quality. In order to assure project quality, some new techniques were adopted and the appropriate measures were taken for summer construction.
