摘要
目的:考察中性氧化铝的活性对中药定量分析的影响。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法测定经不同活性中性氧化铝处理的样品。结果:未经中性氧化铝处理的样品和经不同活性中性氧化铝处理后的样品相比,测定结果有显著差异。结论:在选用中性氧化铝层析、非水溶液洗脱时,不仅要考虑中性氧化铝的粒度及pH值,还应考虑中性氧化铝的活性。
Objective： Study on the activity of neutral aluminum oxide affecting the quantitative analysis of traditional Chinese medi- cine samples. Methods： The samples were processed with neutral aluminum oxide with different activity and then analyzed by HPLC- ELSD. Results： The results were significant difference with different activity of the neutral aluminum oxide. Conclusion： In the tradi- tional Chinese medicine quantitative analysis, processed with neutral aluminum oxide and elution with non-aqueous solvent, we must consider not only the granularity and pH value of neutral aluminum oxide, but also the activity of neutral aluminum oxide.
