摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与血清铁、维生素B12、叶酸水平的关系;明确Hp感染导致微量营养素(血清铁、维生素B12、叶酸)缺乏的复合模式。方法选择该院门诊患者120例,进行快速尿素酶试验和13C尿素呼气试验检查,根据检查结果分为Hp阳性胃炎组及Hp阴性胃炎组,比较两组患者血清铁、维生素B12、叶酸的水平。结果 Hp阳性胃炎组患者血清铁、维生素B12和叶酸明显低于Hp阴性胃炎组分别为[(10.891±2.980)μmol/L与(19.232±4.298)μmol/L、(443.865±79.183)μg/L与(602.419±83.860)μg/L、(5.329±1.710)ng/L与(9.033±1.935)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Hp感染能够造成血清铁、维生素B12、叶酸水平下降,从而导致微量营养素(血清铁、维生素B12、叶酸)的缺乏。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and the serum levels of iron,vitamin B12 and folate and to determine the compound model of micronutrients(serum iron,vitamin B12,folate)deficiencies caused by Hp infection.Methods The rapid urease test and 13C-urea breath test were used to detect Hp in 120 selected outpatients.According to the examination results,all the patients were divided into two groups,the positive Hp chronic gastritis group and the negative Hp chronic gastritis group.Iron,vitamin B12 and folate in serum were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of iron,vitamin B12 and folate in the positive Hp chronic gastritis group were obviously lower than those in the negative Hp chronic gastritis group with statistical differences[(10.891±2.980)μmol/L vs.(19.232±4.298)μmol/L,P0.01;(443.865±79.183)μg/L vs.(602.419±83.860)μg/L,P0.01;(5.329±1.710)ng/L vs.(9.033±1.935)ng/L,P0.01].Conclusion Hp infection results in the reduction in serum iron,vitamin B12 and folate levels.Thereby Hp infection can lead to micronutrients(serum iron,vitamin B12,folate) deficiency.
