中西医结合治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死72例临床观察

Clinical observation on combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating 72 cases of nontraumatic necrosis of femoral head

目的观察中西医结合治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死患者的临床疗效。方法 72例非创伤性股骨头坏死患者,其中酒精性32例,激素性29例,酒精合并激素4例,非酒精非激素性7例,给予手术及中西药治疗,观察期6~9个月。治疗2~3个疗程结束后进行影像学评估及Harris髋关节功能评定。结果治疗后Harris评分总体评估：痊愈27例,有效36例,无效9例,有效率为87.5%;治疗前后影像总体评估：稳定61例,稳定率为84.72%,加重11例,加重率为15.28%。结论中西医结合治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of nontraumatic necrosis of femoral head.Methods 72 cases of nontraumatic necrosis of femoral head,including 32 cases of alcoholic,29 cases of hormone,4 cases of alcohol combined hormone and 7 cases of non-alcohol and non-hormone,were given surgery and combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment with the observation period of 6-9 months.After 2-3 treatment courses,the imagiological evaluation and Harris hip function assessment were performed.Results After treatment,the overall evaluation of the Harris rating showed the clinical cure in 27 cases,effect in 36 cases and invalidness in 9 cases.The overall imagiological evaluation before and after treatment demonstrated stableness in 61 cases with the stability rate of 84.72%,aggravation in 11 cases with the aggravating rate of 15.28%.Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective and reliable in treating nontraumatic necrosis of femoral head and worthy of being popularized in clinic.
