福建省农村居民预防禽流感健康传播项目效果分析 被引量:3

Effect of health communication project on highly pathogenic avian influenza prevention among rural residents in Fujian,China

摘要 目的评价农村地区开展预防高致病性禽流感健康传播项目的效果。方法在项目实施前、后对目标人群进行问卷调查,比较实施前后对传播途径的知晓、感染危险的认识及预防行为的改变。结果干预组对传播途径知晓率干预前5.4%~25.7%,干预后25.8%~74.3%;预防行为形成率干预前12.9%~88.3%,干预后20.4~95.0%。结论在农村地区开展预防禽流感健康传播活动,效果明显应加强农村健康宣传骨干培训,提高健康教育传播效果。 Objective To evaluate the effect of health communication project on human infection highly pathogenic avian influenza prevention in rural areas in Fujian. Methods By using questionnaire survey, the changes of awareness rates on transmission route, the knowledge of risk factor and the concerning prevention behaviors were compared before and af- ter the project intervention. Results The awareness rates of transmission route and the health behavior formation rates risen from 5.4%- 25.7% and 12.9%-88.3% to 25.8%-74.3% and 20.4%-95.0% before and after intervention. Con- clusion There exit obvious effect of health communication project on highly pathogenic avian influenza prevention among rural residents. Capacity training of key propagandist should be carried out to promote health communication effect in rural area.
