低强度微波辐射对小鼠生殖功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨日常低强度微波辐射对生殖功能的影响。方法取48只4周龄昆明种普通级小鼠随机分为雌雄对照和照射组各12只,照射组暴露于低强度微波(频率3 759 MHZ,强度40μW/cm2)13周。计算精子悬液的精子数、精子活动率、畸形率,雌性鼠受孕率、产仔率、成活率及活仔鼠雌雄比。结果照射组鼠精子活动率(50.49±4.25)%较对照组(63.50±3.03)低;畸形率(35.00±3.53)%较对照组(22.18±4.25)高。照射组活仔鼠雌雄比(1.5∶1)较照组(0.86∶1)高;产仔率和存活率有下降趋势,但无统计学意义;受孕率均100.0%。结论低强度的微波辐射对小鼠生殖功能有负面影响。
