颈动脉狭窄介入治疗效果的临床对照随访研究 被引量：6

摘要 伴有脑动脉狭窄的卒中患者具有较高的卒中复发率，相对预后更差，临床越来越重视对脑动脉狭窄的干预，而介入治疗因其低创、安全的突出优势正逐步成为常用手段，但是目前介入治疗对卒中二级预防效果观察的研究设计多为介入患者自身观察，存在一定局限性，本研究采取临床对照的方法对相关患者进行了追踪观察，并对介入治疗的卒中二级预防效果进行评价，以期为卒中防治提供有价值的临床资料。
