c-fos和c-jun与癌症关系的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 癌症已经成为威胁人类健康的最主要也是最严重的疾病。现代研究表明,癌症的发生与原癌基因的激活和抑癌基因的失活或突变以及抗凋亡基因过度表达有关。近年来的研究表明原癌基因c-fos和c-jun在控制细胞生长和分化中起着关键性的调节功能,笔者从常见癌症中c-fos和c-jun蛋白的表达以及两者的相关性等方面探讨二者在癌症的发病机制中的作用。
