彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿先天性心脏异常的价值探析

Values of Color Doppler ultrasoundin the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart abnormalities

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿先天性心脏异常的诊断价值。方法总结分析56例胎儿先天性心脏异常的超声心动图特征,随访产后结果,验证超声检查的准确性。结果诊断胎儿先天性心脏病47例,心律失常9例。病理解剖21例,均符合;产后心脏彩超复查22例,符合17例,漏诊2例,误诊3例;心律失常9例,经随访均恢复正常。结论只要具备相应的仪器和人员资质,选择合适的孕周,严格遵循顺序节段法,彩色多普勒超声可以确诊绝大部分胎儿先天性心脏异常。

Objective ： To study the values of the color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart abnormalities. Methods ： Analysis of echocardiographic characteristics of 56 cases with fetal congenital heart abnormalities, follow - up post - results, verify the accuracy of the color Doppler ultrasound. Results： There were 47 cases with fetal congenital heart disease and 9 cases with arrhythmia diagnosed by the color Doppler ultrasound. There were 21 cases corresponded to the result by Pathological anatomy; Postnatal echocardiography review of 22 cases, which were corresponded to 17 cases, 2 cases of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in 3 cases; 9 cases with arrhythmia were normal by follow - up. Conclusion： As long as there are the appropriate equipment and medical qualifications, the appropriate gestational age is selected, the order segment method is followed stricdy, the vast majority of congenital heart anomalies can be diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound.
