CF50大流动性钢纤维混凝土的试验研究

摘要 采用P.O 42.5水泥及高效减水剂配制出坍落度为220 mm的C50普通混凝土,并以此为基础配制出大流动度粉煤灰混凝土及钢纤维混凝土。研究了钢纤维对C50混凝土拌合物的和易性及混凝土力学性能的影响。试验表明,在粉煤灰混凝土中掺入0.5%的钢纤维,混凝土具有大流动度,拌合物的工作性能明显优于普通钢纤维混凝土,且粉煤灰钢纤维混凝土各龄期的强度均高于普通混凝土、粉煤灰混凝土及普通钢纤维混凝土。在粉煤灰混凝土中,钢纤维对提高混凝土的抗压强度有一定效果。 The present paper uses P · O 42.5 cement and superplasticizer to make C50 ordinary concrete of the slump being 220mm, based on which extra - diffluent fly ash concrete and steel fiber concrete are made. The author studies the influence of steel fibre on the peaeeability of C50 concrete mixture and concrete mechanics performance. Experiment shows that when the fly ash concrete of blended with 0.5 % steel fiber, concrete is of large slump, and the workability of mixture is much better than that of ordinary steel fiber reinforced concrete;And the strength of fly ash steel fiber reinforced concrete at each stage is higher than that of ordinary concrete, fly ash concrete and ordinary steel fiber reinforced concrete. In fly ash concrete, steel fiber has certain effect on improving the concrete compressive strength.
