Objective: To analyze cycle outcome among Day 5 and Day 6 cryopreserved frozen-thawed blastocyst transfers. Methods: Blastocysts of Day 5 and Day 6 were cryopreserved respectively. The surviving blastocysts cultured for over 2h after warning were transferred into the patient's uterus when endometrial thickness was 7~8mm and the transplanting window was Day5.Results: There was no significant difference in post-thaw survival rate of blastocysts frozen Day 5(99.02%) compared with blastocysts frozen Day 6(98.51%).The clinical pregnancy rate(62.20%) and implantation rate(40.69%) of Day 5 frozen-thawed blastocyst were higher than clinical pregnancy rate(57.40%) and implantation rate(36.87%) of Day 6 slightly,no significant difference. However, the abortion rate(18.75%) of Day 6 frezon-thawed blastocyst transfer was higher than the abortion rate(10.77%)of D5(P0.05).Conclusion: D5 frezon-thawed blastocyst transfer can improve live birth rates.
