摘要 充分利用土工合成材料的优良性能和黄河河道丰富泥沙 ,选定抽沙充填土工织物反滤布长管袋褥垫筑坝新技术 ,以解决黄河传统筑坝柳秸料收集困难、破坏生态的缺陷 ,实现筑坝机械化、方便快速、投资少、少抢险的黄河筑坝设想 .这一筑坝新技术分为代替柳石搂厢水中进占筑坝和修建少抢险沉排坝两种情况 ,其设计重点是正确选择透水保沙的土工反滤布材料和充沙长管袋褥垫 ,施工采用泥浆泵或抽沙泵挖槽抽沙充填土工反滤布长管袋褥垫进行旱地筑坝或船岸结合水中筑坝 .根据黄河马渡下延 94试验坝和 95试验坝的施工、运用和探测资料 ,这一新型筑坝技术操作可行、效益显著、推广应用前景广阔 . In the river treating of the downstream of the Yellow River, Groyne is often made of willow-stones material, which has many defects, such as low capability of flood control and less hazard-resistance and liability to the danger during the flood reason. In order to meet the requirement of the flood control and economic development along the downstream of the Yellow River, we should make full use of the superior earthwork synthetic material and the abundant sand resources in the Yellow River. The new damming technique by sand-earth exchange with filtering fabrics and cushion with long tubular sackcloth should be chosen to overcome the traditional damming defects in the Yellow River, such as difficult to collect willow straw materials and easy to destroy ecological system. It can also realize the mechanization, convenience, low investment and low danger of damming in the Yellow River. This new technique includes the substitution for damming in water willow-stone cases and building low danger caisson dams. Its design requires the right choice of the location combination of earthwork filter materials which are both permeable and sand retention and sand-filling long sack-tube cushion. The construction adopts mud pump or sand pump to groove and uses sand-earth filter fabric cloth and long sack-tube cushion to dam in the dry land or to dam in the water by ships and river bank. According to the experience of Maduxiayan 1994,1995 Experimental Dam, this new damming technique is feasible in technique, remarkable in economic benefits and has a bright prospect of dissemination and application.[WX(5KG0,41]
