The paper introduces the energy saving technique of Tiantie 180 t industrial boiler generating unit, which utilizes superfluous BF gas and coke oven gas to generate heat for supply. Measures are taken of controlling fuel ratio, developing process control technique, optimizing process system and adopting a new management mode with human, and mechanical and electrical equipment integration. Power generating capacity was increased and economic effect remarkable.
