摘要
针对天铁高炉新型液动炉顶放散阀在生产中经常出现的开关不到位、密封面不严等问题进行研究,发现阀体自身运转机理及阀座阀盖密封面受热膨胀等因素导致了休风放散阀不能正常使用。经分析后对高炉炉顶休风放散阀系统进行了改进。改进后效果良好,提高了炉顶休风放散阀的使用效率。
Study is conducted on frequent problems of switching off-the-position and untight seal surface at the new hydraulic discharge valve of Tiantie BF top, and finds that the discharging valve cannot operate normally due to valve working mechanism and heat expansion of seal surfaces of valve seat and cover. Improvement was done on the discharging valve system of furnace top afterwards and gave good effect. The valve utilization rate was then increased.
