摘要
为解决天铁高炉炉顶系统存在的问题,对无料钟炉顶系统设备进行优化改造。介绍了高炉无料钟炉顶的结构组成及存在的故障。对高炉布料器、气密箱、密封阀等设备部件进行改造,经生产试运行验证,可充分满足高炉生产的需求,节省了人力、物力、财力。
Optimization and modification was carried out at bell-less top equipment of Tiantie BF to tackle the existing problems. The top structure, component and fault are introduced. BF distributor, transmission gearbox and seal valve are modified. Production trial proves that BF production requirement is fully met and manpower, material resource and financial capability saved.
