摘要
研究了中国东北地区槌角蝗科(Gomphoceridae)西伯利亚蝗[Gomphocerus sibiricus sibiricus(L.)]、网翅蝗科(Arcypterinae)大兴安岭异爪蝗(Euchorthippus dahinganlingensis Zhang et Ren)和斑翅蝗科(Oedipodidae)鼓翅皱膝蝗[Angaracris barabensis(Pall.)]的核型和C-带。结果表明:西伯利亚蝗、大兴安岭异爪蝗和鼓翅皱膝蝗的染色体数目分别为2n(♂)=18+XO=19,2n(♂)=16+XO=17,2n(♂)=22+XO=23。
In this paper, the chromosomal C-banding karyotypes of Euchorthippus dahinganlingensis of Arcypteridae, the Gomphoceras sibirictts sibiricus (L.) of Gomphoceridae and the Angaracris barabensis of the Oedipodidae were analyzed, which were collected from Northeastern area in China. The result showed that the chromosomal number of the Gomphocerus sibiricus sibiricus ( L. ), Euchorthippus dahinganlin-gensis Zhang et Ren and Angaracris barabensis (Pall.) are 2n( ♂ ) = 18 + XO = 19, 2n( ♂ ) = 16+ XO = 17, 2n( ♂ ) = 22 + XO =23 respectively.
