摘要 采用解剖和光镜技术研究了全长9.70-17.48 cm唇鱼(Hemibarbus labeo)消化系统形态学和组织学特点。结果表明:唇鱼消化系统包括消化道和消化腺两部分。消化道包括口咽腔、食道、肠和肛门,肠可分为前肠、中肠和后肠。消化腺包括肝胰脏和胆囊。唇鱼消化系统特点:口下位呈马蹄形,吻长而略尖,唇厚,肉质,下唇尤为发达。食道粗短,肌层发达,内壁上有较深的纵向褶,黏膜层有大量的杯状细胞。肠呈S型,分前肠、中肠、后肠,前肠部较阔,内褶皱层很深,隐窝很窄,褶与褶相连成网状,褶的分支不发达,中肠及后肠褶的深度渐弱,肠后部末端褶层最浅。肝不分叶,呈长条形,一长形的裸露胆囊被肝包围,肝小叶是唇鱼肝脏的基本组织结构。肝胰脏不分开,胰脏弥散,位于肝、脾及肠管之间。 The characteristics of morphology and histology of digestive system of skin carp Hemibarbus labeo with the total length of 9.70-17.48 cm were studied by using anatomy and light microscope. The results showed that the digestive system is made up of digestive tract and accessory digestive glands. Ex-cept oropharynx and esophagus, the digestive tract can be divided into three parts: foregnt, midgut and hindgut, and the digestive glands refer to hepatopancreas and gall-bladder. The digestive system is char-acterized by: a low U-shape mouth, a long pointed snout, two flesh lips (especially the lower lip) are very thick; esophagus chunky with well-developed muscle layer, of which the inner wall is deep and mu- eosal layer has a large number of goblet cells; the S-shape intestine can be divided into foregut, midgut and hindgut; the wide foregut has deep vertical folds, narrow recess, the connected folds is net-shaped, the branch of folds are undeveloped, the folds of midgut and hindgut shallow gradually, and the end of gut is the thinnest. The diffuse liver wrapped in a long gall-bladder can not be divided into different lobes. The hepatic lobule is the basic structure of the liver, a hepatopancreas combines the digestive functions of the liver and pancreas in vertebrates. The pancreas are diffuse and located among the liver, spleen and intestine.
