Er^(3+)掺杂NaAl(MoO_4)_2的荧光光谱与上转换发光研究 被引量:1

摘要 用液相沉淀法制备得到掺稀土离子Er3+和Ce3+的NaAl(MoO4)2,X射线衍射图样显示NaAl(MoO4)2是单斜晶体结构。掺稀土离子Er3+和Ce3+的NaAl(MoO4)2的拉曼光谱研究表明,掺Er3+离子的NaAl(MoO4)2比掺Ce3+离子具有更强荧光性能,掺杂Er3+离子的NaAl(MoO4)2晶体可能成为很有应用前景的绿光发光材料。Er3+:NaAl(MoO4)2的上转换发光表明其是一种具有较好红外-绿光上转换的发光材料。 Er^3+ and Ce^3+ doped NaAl(MoO4)2 are synthesized using precipitation method. X-ray diffraction pattern analysis shows NaAI(MoO4)2 being monoclinic structure. Com- parison of the Raman spectra of Er^3+; NaAI(MoO4 )2 and Ce^3+ : NaAl(MoO4)2 indicates that Er^3+- NaA1 (MoO4)2 presents stronger fluorescence property than Ce^3+; NaA1 (MoO4)2. Er^3+ :NaAI(MoO4)2 could be one of the promising green fluorescence materi- als. The up-conversion emission spectrum of Er^3+ .NaAl(MoO4)2 suggests that it is a good infrared-green up-conversion emission material.
