土地整理与新农村建设耦合关系模型研究

Coupling Relationship Modeling Between Land Consolidation and New Countryside Construction

研究目的:研究土地整理与新农村建设耦合关系模型,为量化研究二者耦合关系奠定基础。研究方法:文献资料法、系统分析法。研究结果:土地整理与新农村建设的耦合关系,在国家、区域和项目三个尺度层次上,均包括内容耦合、模式耦合和管理耦合三个方面,而其耦合协调的实现以国家和区域尺度为导向、以项目尺度为基础。研究结论:土地整理与新农村建设耦合关系模型,可为量化地研究和协调二者关系、推进二者健康协调发展提供依据。

The purpose of this study is to develop a theoretical model for the coupling relationship （CR） between land consolidation（LC） and new countryside construction（ NCC ）, and provide a quantitative study of CR. Integrated methods of documentation and system analysis method were employed. The results indicate that 1 ） the CR between LC and NCC all include content coupling, pattern coupling and management coupling at nation, region, and project scales, and 2） the realization of harmonious coupling is oriented at nation and region scale, and based on project scale. It is concluded that the research provides a theoretical basis for studying the CR between LC and NCC quantitatively, harmonizing their relationship, promoting the healthy development of LC and ensuring the implementation of NCC.
