3种方法检验结核分枝杆菌的比较 被引量:1

The comparison of examination on mycobacterium tuberculosis through three different methods

摘要 目的比较直接涂片抗酸染色法、罗氏培养基培养法、环介导等温扩增法(lamp)检测痰结核分枝杆菌的准确度和特异性,及在临床诊断中的应用价值。方法用3种方法对送检的845个痰标本进行检验,并对检验结果进行分析。结果 845个痰标本中,涂片阳性81个,阳性率9.6%;培养阳性136个,阳性率16.1%;lamp阳性124个,阳性率14.7%。结论培养法是检测结核分支杆菌的金方法,检出率高,其次是环介导等温扩增法,其灵敏度较高与培养法检测结果相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);涂片法检出率较低,与另外两种方法相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 Objective Compared the accuracy and specificity of detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum through direct smear acid-fast staining, L-J culture medium culture method, loop mediated isothermal amplification method( lamp ), and analyzed the value in' clinical diagnosis. Methods Used three different methods to examinated the 845 sputum samples , analyzed and compared the results. Results Examinated the 845 sputum samples, got 81 smear-positive, the positive rate was 9.6 %; 136 culture positive, the positive rate was 16.1%; lamp 124 positive, the positive rate was 14.7 %. Conclusion Culture method is the golden method to detect Mycohacterium tuberculosis, the detection rate is higher. Followed is loop-mediated isothermal amplification method ( lamp ), the sensitivity is high, and the results have no significant difference with the culture assay results (P〉 0.05). Smear detection rate is lower, and the results was significant differences with other's (P 〈0.05 ). K
