摘要 为了解决混合式双级矩阵变换器拓扑结构与控制策略复杂且直流母线电压波动较大的问题,提出一种改进的直流母线环节升压电路拓扑和带补偿环节的空间矢量脉宽调制策略。改进后的直流环节用常见的直流升压电路取代了原有较复杂的拓扑结构,从而简化了该变换器的控制策略;补偿环节根据直流母线电压波动实时调整逆变级调制系数,补偿电压波动,以期改善输出波形质量。通过Matlab/Simulink建立系统仿真模型,验证了改进混合式双级矩阵变换器理论的正确性以及补偿算法的有效性。 This paper deals with the problems of complex topology and modulation strategy of the hybrid two- stage matrix converter as well as the fluctuation of the dc-bus voltage of the converter. An improvement on the topology of dc-bus and a compensation control scheme are presented. The improved topology uses boost circuit to replace the complex topology and simplifies the modulation strategy. According to the fluctuation of the dc- bus voltage, this scheme adjusts the coefficient of the inverter in time. It can reduce the influence produced by the voltage fluctuation on the output and improve the quantity of the output waveform. A system simulation model is established by Matlab/Simulink and the results showed that the theory of improved hybrid two-stage matrix converter is correct and the compensation control scheme is effective.
