摘要
采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法分离和鉴定树苔浸膏的香气成分,用归一化测定其相对含量。为使固相微萃取达到更高的效率,选用100μm PDMS的固相萃取头,萃取温度及时间为65℃和30min。共鉴定出62种化合物,其中33种为酯类化合物,占总香气成分峰面积的58%,为构成树苔浸膏典型苔清香香气特征的重要成分。
Components of aroma of treemoss concrete were separated and identified by solid phase micro extraction and GC-MS, and their relative contents (in %) were found by the method of normalization. To attain a higher efficiency in SPME, the 100 μm PDMS fiber as coating was selected for the micro extractor, the extraction was carried out at 65℃ for 30 min. Sixty-two compounds were identified among which 33 compounds were esters, amounting to 58% of the total peak areas of the aroma. These esters were the important ingredients composing the flavor characteristics of treemoss concrete.
