It has important practical significance for the scientific of the urban construction, that explore the buildings＂ development direction in the resources city, from the perspective of buildings＂ external morphology. This article analyzes the main characters and the relationship between the affecting factors of buildings＂ external morphology in the resources city of the Northeast region, from the aspects of natural environment, regional culture and construction technology, so as to provide reference for the construction of resources city.
