摘要
1000kV晋东南-南阳-荆门特高压交流实验示范输电线路工程和向家坝-上海±800kV特高压直流输电线路工程分别是国际上商业运营的输电电压等级最高、技术最先进的交、直流输电线路工程。特高压输电线路工程施工阶段是落实合同,实施投资控制的关键环节,它贯穿监理的全过程,是监理工作的重要组成部分。加强特高压输电线路工程施工过程的投资控制,对特高压工程今后的发展建设有重要而深远的意义。全文结合特高压线路建设实际,对提前策划、加强投资过程控制、结算阶段投资控制等进行阐述分析。
The 1000kV southeastern Shanxi-Nanyang-Jingmen UHV AC experimental demonstration transmission line engineering and Xiangjiaba - Shanghai ＋ 800kV UHV DC transmission line engineering are respectively international commercial operation of the most high transmission voltage level, the most technologically advanced AC, DC transmission line project. Construction phase of UHV transmission line project is the key link of the implementing the contract and carrying out the investment control, which runs through the whole process of supervision, is an important part of the supervision work. To strengthen the investment control of construction process of the UHV transmission line engineering has important and far-reaching significance to the future development and construction of the UHV project. This paper, combining with the actual construction of UHV lines, elaborates aspects such as advance planning, strengthening the control of the investment process, the investment control of settlement stage and so on.
