浙江房地产企业融资问题研究

Research on Financing Problems of Zhejiang Real Estate Enterprise

房地产行业是典型的资金密集型行业,融资活动对房地产企业的发展十分重要。随着浙江房地产企业的持续高速发展和近年来政府对房地产业宏观调控力度的不断加大,房地产企业的融资问题逐渐暴露,成为影响浙江房地产企业发展的一个重要因素。本文在分析总结浙江房地产企业融资现状和存在问题的基础上,提出解决当前浙江房地产企业融资困难的对策。

The real estate is a typical capital-intensive industry, and financing activities are very important on the development of the real estate enterprise. With the sustained and rapid development of real estate enterprises in Zhejiang and increasing intensity of macroeconomic regulation continually for government in recent years, the financing problems of the real estate enterprise are exposed gradually, which become an important factor to affect the development of real estate enterprises of Zhejiang. Based on the analysis on the current situation of financing and problems of Zhejiang real estate enterprise, this paper proposes the countermeasures to solve the current difficulty in financing for Zhejiang real estate enterprise.
