读者服务工作是高校图书馆直接面向读者进行的服务活动,是高校图书馆工作的重心。针对如何提高高校图书馆读者服务质量,从不断提升高校图书馆员职业素养、建立科学的读者服务体制、寻求读者个性化服务等方面,探讨了高校图书馆读者服务工作的新途径。
Reader service working of university library is considered to be directly facing the service activities of readers and the focus of the university library working. In order to improve the quality of the reader service in university library, the new ways of reader service working in university library are suggested such as the continual promotion of professional qualities, the establishment of the scientific readers service structure and the reader's personalized service etc.
