新建本科院校教学质量监控体系的运行研究——以西安文理学院为例

Operation of Teaching Quality Monitoring System in New Undergraduate Colleges and Universities:Taking Xi'an University of Arts and Science as Example

提高高校教学质量对新建本科院校而言意义深远,教学质量监控体系的建立与完善有利于教学质量的提高和人才培养水平的提升。对新建本科院校而言,教学质量监控体系有其自身的特点。西安文理学院以价值工程理念为指导,从制度层面、管理模式和教学实践几个方面均进行了有益的探索,逐渐形成有特色的"三线三面""四评四建"教学质量监控体系。

Improving college teaching quality is significant to newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate course. The establishment and improvement of teaching quality monitoring is helpful to improve the teaching quality and talent cultivating level. For new undergraduate colleges and universities, the teaching quality monitoring system is special. Guided by Value Engineering theory, the thesis makes a beneficial exploration from meehanism, management mode and teaching practice, and gradually forms the teaching quality monitoring system of ＂three lines and three levels＂ and ＂ four evaluations and four constructions＂.
