From the concept of knowledge management, this paper analyzes the tacit knowledge management, the characteristics of the college English teachers＂ knowledge management and the existing barriers in the college English teachers＂ tacit knowledge management and puts forward the college English teachers＂ tacit knowledge management countermeasures.
