摘要
通过碱沉酸提法和热醇提取法,对从槐米中提取芦丁工艺进行研究,探讨两种方法的最佳反应条件,再通过两个实验的对比找出比较适合的方法,得到较佳的提取工艺条件,吸取几种方法中的优缺点,探索出最佳的提纯途径。
Through the alkali extraction and acid precipitation and hot alcohol extraction, research on the extraction technology of rutin from bud of sophora japonica to discuss the best reaction conditions of the two methods, and then through the comparison of two experiments to study out the better method, get the best extraction technology conditions, moreover, absorb the relative merits from the several methods to explore the best purification way.
