在新的形势下，如何实施高校的素质教育是高等教育的一大课题，各高校正在不断探索和研究，追求实施素质教育的最佳途径。本文通过对素质教育主要内涵的理解，阐述了高校“三个课堂”彼此之间的相互关系及其在大学生素质教育中的全面参与并促进大学生各方面素质的发展与提高的作用。最后，在了解分析我院第二、第三课堂活动开展概况的基础上，探讨我院实施素质教育的最佳方法和措施。

How to conduct the quality-oriented education in college is an important topic in the higher education under the new circumstances, which aims to explore and achieve the best approach. Through the interpretation of the connotations of quality-oriented education, this paper expounds the relation of ＂three classes＂ and their functions in provoking and enhancing students＇ all-round development. In the final analysis, a conclusion is made as to the best approach to it based on the activities of the 2nd and 3rd classes.
