野生茶薪菇驯化及鸡粪栽培出菇试验 被引量:1

摘要 取野生茶薪菇菌柄与菌盖交界处组织块分离成功率高达75%,分离获得的纯化菌株命名为"茶薪菇玉微1号"。该菌株主要生物学特性为:菌丝最适宜生长温度为25~30℃;最适宜生长pH值为6~7;在4 g蛋白胨+PDA加富、20 g麦麸+PDA加富母种培养基上菌丝生长较好。利用15%的鸡粪替代麦麸栽培茶薪菇生物转化率达85.6%。 An Agrocybe aegerita Sp. strain named "Agrocybe Yuwei 1" was isolated and purified by tissue isolation method. The isolation rate was 75% when isolated from the tissue of the connection of the stipe and the pileus. The observation on biological characteristics revealed that the most suitable temperature for the mycelia growth was 25 -30℃ ; the optimum pH was pH6-7; the mycelia grew well in the medium of 4g peptone + PDA enrichment or 20g wheat bran + PDA enrichment. The experiment results showed that the biological efficiency was 85% when wheat bran was substituted with 15% poultry dung as the culture medium.
