天气一直很干燥，鸟儿们都很难找到水喝了，嗓子干渴得快冒出烟来的乌鸦找到了一个水罐，罐里面有一点点水。但是水罐很高，罐颈又很窄，乌鸦想尽了办法，都够不到水。可怜的家伙，他觉得自己快要渴死了。
In a spell of dry. weather, when the Birds could find very little to drink, a thirsty Crow found a pitcher with a little water in it. But the pitcher was high and had a narrow neck, and no matter how he tried, the Crow could not reach the water. The poor thing felt as if he must die of thirst.
