采用逆转录 -多聚酶链反应技术检测乙肝患者外周血单个核细胞乙肝病毒复制中间产物RNA。 6 0例乙肝患者外周血单个核细胞中乙肝病毒复制中间产物RNA阳性率为 8 3% (5 / 6 0 ) ,其中 30例慢性肝炎患者阳性率为 13 3% (4/ 30 ) ,15例肝炎肝硬变患者阳性率为 6 7% (1/ 15 ) ,15例急性肝炎患者中无 1例阳性。认为外周血单个核细胞中乙肝病毒复制中间产物与乙肝的慢性化有关 。
